Ever since I was a child, I have had a strong sense that I do not belong in this world.

I feel deeply that my true home is elsewhere.

I have been searching for it all my life, and I have found faint echoes of it in Platonic idealism and the concept of heaven in various religions, but I have not been able to discover it in its fullness.

My artistic practice is my way of trying to remember my true home.
